Returns, Refund or Cancellation Policies
We offer refunds or cancellations within 30 days of purchase.  There are no fees for returning an item purchased on our website under the following conditions:

Return for Refund
If you would like to return an item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in the same condition as purchased. That means your item must be unused. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and packaging.

Digital Purchases
If you have purchased a digital streaming license or digital download of our programs, you must delete any and all digital copies in your possession prior to receiving a refund. This includes all digital devices including company servers, 3rd party servers, desktop computers, laptops, tablets, cell phones and other similar devices.  As with physical items, you must let us know of the return/deletion of digital files within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Refund Process
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase--or you may provide the date of your website purchase and we can confirm it in our records. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.

Sale Items
We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty. For exchanges we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please call or send us an email. Our current contact information can found on our website menu bar.

Please include your details and reason for returning. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective.

Cancellation Policy
In addition to our Returns Policy, you may cancel your order at any time prior to us shipping your item and receive a full refund. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of contacting us by phone or email. If your item has already shipped prior to canceling, you may request a return using the terms of our Return Policy outlined above.
